We will gladly refund you if all of the following three conditions are met:
- WE have received all the necessary documents, which have been
authenticated according to our exact instructions as well as any
additional document which we requested from you.
- If access to our services is unavailable for more than 12 hours during the subscription period.
- You make the request for a refund within 3 days of your purchase.
If all of these conditions are met you may request a full refund. This is the only case in which refunds are offered.
